Formassimo is thetraining organization of Coin Coin Productions, a specialist in the cultural sector. This initiative is rooted in the values of transmission and inter-professional solidarity. The training courses offered are aimed at both public and private cultural sector players, and are developed in close collaboration with industry professionals.
The engineering and training departments are in constant contact with each other, enabling Formassimo to offer a unique range of services adapted to the field, and always in step with changes in the cultural field. Formassimo is organized around a number of committees and a clear hierarchical framework, enabling tasks to be organized and carried out smoothly and efficiently.
Formassimo offers training courses that develop individual and collective agility in the service of creativity, adapted to the needs of the field and the evolution of the cultural sector. We offer personalized training programs tailored to each individual’s project.
In Lyon, throughout France and even as far away as Dakar, whether face-to-face or distance learning, the Formassimo team adapts to your situation to offer solutions that meet your needs as closely as possible.
Our teaching approach
Because we’re convinced, from personal experience, that even a short training course can have a profound effect on the way we see and carry out our work, our ambition is to bring about in-depth changes in professional practices. We therefore see training first and foremost as a framework for the transmission and decompartmentalization of practices; an opportunity to take a step back from our sector of activity.
The main objectives
- Promote the use of versatile technical tools to increase availability for quality and strategy.
- Enable everyone to develop work ergonomics and receive training in risk prevention to protect themselves over the long term and optimize their performance.
- Seize new issues and challenges to improve the creative experience for trainees and, by extension, professionals and the general public.
We are experts in each of these approaches – face-to-face / distance learning / blended / AFEST – and are able to combine them in line with the skills required and the learning conditions for learners.
