Creating utopian spaces
For us, creating a festival transcends the notion of an event, creating a utopian space that embraces an entire territory. These unique moments create a collective dynamic by bringing people together. It’s a catalyst of positive energy that helps strengthen the social fabric.
Welcome and accessibility
We are concerned with welcoming our audiences and making our events accessible to them, taking into account the populations of our territories in all their diversity, and the values of sharing, citizenship and fraternity. We are committed to the emergence, discovery and renewal of artistic forms and aesthetics, promoting cooperation and solidarity, and acting responsibly towards our local, regional and national musical and artistic ecosystem. We act on our own scale to address the major social and societal issues of the day, by developing cultural and educational initiatives that extend well beyond the festival period, and by implementing comprehensive prevention and harm reduction policies.
The environment
Fully aware of the urgent need to protect the environment, we question our impact and strive to limit it as much as possible, but also to make our festivals spaces for awareness-raising, promotion, debate and proposals. We are particularly attentive to our local environment, and make sure that we are part and parcel ofthe cultural, associative, social and economic fabric of our territories, by promoting short circuits, employment and integration of local populations, volunteer work… Finally, we defend a model of disinterested and non-profit management, in line with the values of the Social and Solidarity Economy.
Our festivals
Festival La Brise de la Pastille
Festival La Brise de la Pastille. Annual rendezvous with coin coin productions. Artistic direction by Antiquarks.
Since 2022, the La Brise de la Pastille Festival has taken place in July in the heart of the Etats Unis QPV in Lyon’s 8th district.
La Brise is
- 4000 festival-goers – 5pm to 11pm. Free and open
- 1 fireworks display from France, to celebrate the Republic, mixed and inclusive,
- A program of cutting-edge and popular music and live entertainment
- More than just a neighborhood party, the aim is to bring together social, cultural and ecological initiatives around a festive & shared event.
- 50 local partners are co-organizers of the project, and an associative village will be set up, with some 20 structures already present from the associative, educational and socio-cultural worlds.
This free event, open to all, would not be possible without the support of the City of Lyon, the Metropole of Lyon, the Prefecture, the DRAC, and Grand Lyon Habitat.
Ly’on Air Festival
Coin Coin productions is mandated by the City of Lyon and the Missions locales de Lyon to organize the [Festival Ly’On Air – Westfield].
An event dedicated to young people in the privileged setting of the banks of the Confluences in the heart of Lyon. A multi-disciplinary program focusing on hip hop and rap: DJ Greezly and Sarah Cops accompanied 40 young dancers and rappers supported by the PK21 popular education association to perform on stage, Yassine Hmaine (Chinese mast, circus), the Bat’Afrika (percussion ensemble). The evening will close with slammer Simon Tabardel and the new creation KLM et Kaynixe.
As part of the event, creative residencies have been planned with the participants.

Le Maillon
Regional federation of the Le Chainon network, a national platform for artistic scouting.
With some 30 members from Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and French-speaking Switzerland, the regional federation asked Coin Coin Productions to take on the delegated production of its “Région(s) en Scène(s)” festival over 2 editions, and to provide year-round support for selected artistic teams.

Festival “Les fourneaux de l’inventions”, exchange on the artist and the scientist facing creation
In a popular venue, between good food and drink, a fertile, laughing and sensitive dialogue begins. During the exchange, creative approaches are confronted by the participants. The aim is to share with the public the day-to-day realities of the professions that produce invention, through the difficulties and limitations that each of them encounters.
